Onalaska Middle School Renovation & Addition

In general, the project consists of a 191,000 sq. ft. two story school located at 711 Quincy Street in Onalaska WI. The site work will include site preparation, excavating and earthwork, site utilities, new drop-off street, asphalt parking lots, site concrete, fencing, playground turf, playground equipment, and landscaping. The building will have approx. 100,000 sq. ft. of new construction, 91,000 sq. ft. of complete renovation, and approx. 30,000 sq. ft. of demolition.
