Description

In general, the project consists of a 191,000 sq. ft. two story school located at 711 Quincy Street in Onalaska WI. The site work will include site preparation, excavating and earthwork, site utilities, new drop-off street, asphalt parking lots, site concrete, fencing, playground turf, playground equipment, and landscaping. The building will have approx. 100,000 sq. ft. of new construction, 91,000 sq. ft. of complete renovation, and approx. 30,000 sq. ft. of demolition. Included will be concrete footings and foundations, CMU, brick, and cast stone masonry, structural steel, steel joist and deck, concrete plank, metal studs, metal fabrications, rough & finish carpentry, architectural woodwork and plastic laminate cabinetry, rigid and batt insulation, metal wall and soffit panels, single-ply EPDM roofing, flashings & sheet metal, caulking, hollow metal and FRP doors and frames, flush wood doors, aluminum entrances and store, overhead doors, door hardware, glass & glazing, drywall, tile, resilient flooring, acoustical ceiling tile, carpeting, acoustical wall panels, painting, visual display boards, metal lockers, building signage, room signage, Operable partitions, toilet partitions, toilet and bath accessories, kitchen equipment, gymnasium equipment, window treatments, wood laboratory casework, instrument storage, gym bleachers, hydraulic elevator, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, building automation system, electrical systems, communications, and fire alarm.
