Description

It is the intent of the Commission to obtain a Consultant(s) who shall provide all engineering, labor, parts, materials, services and equipment necessary for the inspection of trunk sewers 15-inch in diameter and larger and their associated manholes, located in wooded rights-of-ways and running along and crossing streams. The work consists of, but shall not be limited to, project management; locating, marking, opening, inspecting, and properly closing trunk sewer manholes; inspecting exposed pipes; inspecting stream crossings; documenting and dye testing all exposed sewers; and other source detection efforts and providing longitude and, latitude coordinates for all manholes and exposed sewers located in wooded rights-of-ways including those sewers less than 15 inches. Work is generally clustered by basin throughout the sanitary district where the Commission maintains approximately 625 miles of trunk sewers. However, the Consultant shall be required to complete work at each site regardless of location.
