Bid Date has been Extended MBE/WBE 10.1 % This item of work shall consist of, but is not limited to, work and operations necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, material and supplies to and from the project site for work on the project except as provided in the contract as separate pay items. Concord-Padgett Regional Airport Fuel Farm Expansion Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check payable to the city of concord, north Carolina and drawn on some bank or trust company authorized to do business in the state of north Carolina for an amount equal to five amount(5%)of the total base bid. A performance bond and a labor and material payment bond are required. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety(90)days after the closing time for the receipt of bids. the city of concord reserves the right to reject any all bids and to waive any and all technical defects in the execution of the submission of any bid. Subcontract requirements to obtain the goal of ten-point three percent (10.1%) of MBE/WBE participation have been established for this contract.
