Dunbar Middle School Toilet Building

The Scope of Work includes the construction of an athletic building to serve as a team room and provide public toilets for athletic events. Exterior walls will be of load bearing CMU (single-wythe, insulated). Interior walls will be of CMU and will be painted. Ceilings will be painted Hi-Impact drywall. Roof covering will be asphalt shingles with gutters and downspouts which will be piped underground. Soffit material will be painted ventilated fiber cement. All doors and frames will be hollow metal. The new building will be constructed as a slab on grade. The existing irrigation controls will be relocated to this facility and the wooden shed that currently houses the irrigation controls and backflow for the irrigation system for the athletic field will be demolished. A new hot box will be installed to remain in compliance with City regulations.
