| Description | The Re-Roof of the City of Lake Worth Beach Utilities Complex at 1900 2nd Ave. N. Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461 Complete cleaning and preparation of existing Structural Panel System, to receive a new In-Fill Insulation and Single-Ply Membrane System, to include: 1)Replacement of all existing deck fasteners, regardless of size, with new, one diameter larger Metal Deck System Screws. 2)Fabrication of a two (2) new Tapered Insulation Crickets, at elevated tower area. May require some adjustment of existing siding to accommodate Cricket slope. Cover Cricket areas with 80 mil TPO membrane, fully adhered to structure and insulation. 3)Site access, staging areas to be determined with City Building Management, as several are inside secured fencing. 4) Provide Twenty (20) Year No Dollar Limit Manufacturer Guarantee. |
