| Description | The work to be performed under this Contract shall be for construction services for the renovation of various restrooms within Building 500 and 507 at the Richmond VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall complete the renovation of the identified restrooms within facility in accordance with this SOW, drawings, VA Specifications and any other documents that has been be provided. The Contractor shall manage and perform construction period services as further defined in this Contract to include, but not limited to, permitting, demolition, construction, construction management, submittals, fixtures and equipment, scheduling, inspection and testing, environmental protection, record (As-Built) drawings, and project closeout. | ||||||||||||||||
