Pleasant Valley Drive and Villa Downs Drive- Paving and Water Line Improvements

The City of Plano is soliciting the installation of new 8" water line and services and removal and replacement of residential street paving. This project is estimated at $4,300,000.00 Questions must be submitted electronically. No questions will be answered over the phone or through email. Time Critical Bid/Proposal Deliveries: The City of Plano cannot guarantee, due to internal procedures, that any bids/proposals sent via US mail will be picked up and delivered by the closing date and time. It is recommended that critical bid/proposal deliveries be made either electronically. It is further recommended that users review all electronic response attachments to ensure the uploaded files are able to be downloaded and viewed. Responses or parts of a response whether hardcopy or electronic that cannot be viewed may deem your submittal as non-responsive. In addition, the City reserves the right to request clarification in such cases. All responses are due prior to the published closing date and time. No late responses will be accepted. A BID BOND or a CASHIERS CHECK in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must be received by The City of Plano Purchasing Division prior to the published bid closing date/time. Bid Bonds may be submitted by uploading a scanned copy. The City will require the presumed awardee to furnish the original bid bond within 24 hours of the request by the Purchasing Department. The bid bond will need to be provided on the Citys Bid Bond form that is included in this solicitation.
