Description

Provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, disposal, and insurance to install a privacy fence and gate around the back of RBHA Men's Residential Treatment Center. The work includes but not limited to; 1. Furnish and install approximately 577ft of new 10ft tall wood flat top privacy fencing. Contractor shall field verify all measurements and existing conditions prior to ordering material. RBHA shall not be responsible for incorrect measurements and estimating. No trees or overhead branches shall be removed when installing the fence. 2. Furnish and install one (1) new 15ft double wide drive gate. Matching wood gate to have steel round galvanized gate posts with standard hardware. 3. Furnish and install 6x6x14 post, five (5) 2x4 runners, and 1x6x10 flat pickets. 4. Remove and dispose approximately 563ft of existing chain link fence. The contractor shall cut the existing metal poles to ground level. 5. Contractor shall use skilled and, as required, licensed tradesmen to perform all work. The Contractor is responsible for all licenses, permits and inspections. The Contractor shall notify RBHA as to the type of permits needed, if any, and the anticipated time frame for work to commence. 6. Contractor shall closely coordinate work and site access with the Project Manager to limit disruption
