| Description | We are releasing for bid a project involving the reworking of approximately 130' - 0" of existing guard rail. Owner will act as General Contractor (GC). This project will be bid to subcontractors. The contracts will include the reworking of a guard rail and associated sitework. 1. Construction Start: On or before July 24, 2023 2. Substantial Completion: 2 weeks after Construction start date. 3. Liquidated Damages: $100 per Day, for loss of use of project/property by owner. 4.
