Description | The City of Gloucester is soliciting Statements of Qualification ("SOQ") from responsible and eligible Trade Subcontracts designated herein, in association with the Renovations to the Gloucester Police Station and Gloucester District Court. Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications forms from interested trade subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work: Resilient Flooring & Acoustic Ceilings. **General Bid Deadline 6/19/22 Time 11:00 A.M. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Project Location: 197 Main Street, Gloucester, MA 01930 Exterior Envelope Improvements and Interior Renovations to Gloucester Police Department and Gloucester District Courthouse Estimated Construction Cost: $ 10,500,000 Estimated Project Duration: 500 days Exterior Work includes: Exterior building envelope, including door and window replacement, masonry restoration and exterior sealants. Interior work includes: First Floor / Lower Level: Improvements to the prisoner intake / processing area, holding cell modifications, and fitness area. Second Floor / Middle Level: Improvements to officer locker rooms, roll call, dispatch, public lobby and police department administrative offices. Third Floor / Upper Level: Improvements to Gloucester District Court offices, including courtroom modifications, administrative offices, public lobby and records storage areas. Accessibility improvements to public areas, bathrooms, stairs, entrances and administrative offices at all levels. Systems Improvements include: Replacement of existing HVAC systems with VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Replacement of existing Electrical System (power, fire alarm, BDA, Tel-com, etc.) Provision of Emergency Generator / Back-up Power System |
