Description | The City of Grenada is soliciting bids for five (5) homeowner housing units, three (3) that will be demolished and rebuilt, and two (2) units that will be rehabilitated with the city's HOME rehab grant program Bidders shall submit a bid for the cost of construction. All bidders shall know that the City of Grenada shall accept the lowest and best bid. Inquires should be directed to Lakeylah White, Project Administrator, at (601) 658-8654. Bidders must comply with Section 3 of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Anti Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246. The City of Grenada also encourages Section 3 eligible businesses to submit proposals.
