(FCHA) is the developer of the recipient Habitat for Humanity of Conyers/Rockdale, Inc. FCHA is pre-qualifying licensed General Contractors for the construction of three (3) single family housing development that will be located in the Olde Town Village subdivision. This program is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and will be subject to all federal program requirements.
