| Description | The City of Hollywood is seeking a qualified vendor to install a new fully functioning Parking Access and Revenue Control (PARC) System at the Parking Facilities as identified in this RFP. As such, Vendors must include all necessary civil, electrical, mechanical, and administrative services as well as equipment and other hardware necessary to deliver a fully functioning system. This includes, but is not limited to, loops or other induction equipment, electrical wiring and installation of any necessary parking equipment components to all the Parking Facilities and to the City’s Parking Office, located in the City Hall Annex, servers, computers, equipment movement and installation, conduit (if any), concrete work, wire terminations, training, testing, programming, set-up services, and ongoing support service. The installation must be scheduled to allow for continuous, revenue-collecting operations of the Parking Facilities. Most installation work will need to occur during off-peak hours. The installation of the PARC system, and ongoing support service, will be awarded to a single Vendor. The City will consider all Proposals and anticipates selecting the Proposer that provides the best bid over the useful life of the equipment. | ||||
