District 7 Convert Solar Parking Lights to Electrical

The scope includes Demo and remove 10 existing solar lights and pole bases, Install 13 parking light poles/ fixtures and pole bases as shown in Exhibit B and light pole foundation plan Exhibit C. Contractor is responsible to investigate and design a fully functioning site lighting system including load calculations. The responsibility for submitting a response to this IFB to the Contracts Management Department on or before the stated time and date will be solely the responsibility of the respondent. All responses are subject to the conditions, instructions and the specifications attached hereto. This Agreements intent is to represent an all-inclusive 100% cost based on scope, size, quality and nature of the proposed Project. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to evaluate the Project based on a thorough review of all available documents provided by disciplines involved with the development and description of the Project. DEADLINE FOR WRITTEN QUESTIONS: Monday, July 25, 2022 @ 5:00 pm DEADLINE FOR WRITTEN RESPONSES: Friday, July 29, 2022 @ 5:00 pm District Seven Service Center, Tribal Projects Department nor Contracts Management Department will be responsible for distributing to Contractor's any hard or electronic copies of plans or specs. It is up to the Contractor to print them.
