| Description | It is the intention of Mercedes Independent School District to receive proposals for a gutter system replacement for Sgt. M. Chacon Middle School. The specifications will be for removal and installation of gutters, downspouts, soffit & fascia for Sgt. M. Chacon Middle School. The delivery of the project will be in accordance with the instructions and terms herein. The deadline to submit questions is August 3, 2022 by 5 P.M. All questions regarding the scope of work must be emailed to Edwardo Gonzales - Director of Purchasing at edwardo.gonzales@misdtx.net Proposals received after the deadline will be rejected. All proposals which are in order and properly signed shall be opened and reviewed. No immediate decisions shall be rendered concerning the submitted proposals. Mercedes Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED. Any deviations from those instructions will result in Proposal not being considered. |
