Spring Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 1

The Project generally consists of constructing a screen building, an influent pump station, aerated lagoon cells, weir structures, settling ponds, chlorine mixing structures, manholes, flow metering structures, winter storage ponds, a chemical building, an irrigation pump station, electrical, controls, plumbing, HVAC, sitework, yard piping, and other items of miscellaneous work as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. The Owner has entered into contracts for the prepurchase of an air gap system, emergency generators, vertical turbine pumps, lift station pumps and controls, lagoon liner system, a grinder pump station, a vertical manhole screen, surface aerators, piping and valves. The Owner will assign these contracts to the selected bidder. The contract value and contract holder for this equipment is listed in the bid schedule. Overall Project Substantial Completion: 420 days Final Completion: 480 days
