Painting, Waterproofing and Miscellaneous Renovations

Consists of furnishing of all labor/materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of waterproof and repaint exterior of all school buildings 1 - 25 which includes all painted storage buildings, maintenance buildings, all Play- courts, exterior hallways and canopies, painted signs, HVAC pipes and supports, roof top equipment, fence gates, and repair any stucco damage per drawings. Clean and restripe play court. Abrasive blast and repaint play court structure (BLDG 4), which includes removal and reinstallation of down spouts, installation of 2nd floor traffic coating on exterior walkways.
