Snow and Ice Management for AHFC Public Housing Properties

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is seeking bids for indefinite requirements services for snow plowing and sanding at AHFCs housing sites in Anchorage, Alaska as detailed in the Scope of Work. Anticipated Period of Performance - Begin thru End: This Contract will commence with the Notice to Proceed and shall be for one (1) year to expire June 30, 2023. The Contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods at AHFCs sole discretion Project Site: Public Housing Properties in Anchorage, Alaska Question Deadline and Submittal location: DATE: September 28, 2022 PREVAILING TIME: 4:00 PM EMAIL: submittals@ahfc.us Pre-bid Conference: None AHFC reserves the right to waive any and all informalities as may serve its best interests.
