Lakeland Tax Collector Building Roof Replacement

1. Remove the existing roof assembly down to the substrate at the front canopy roof section and dispose of properly. 2. Provide and install new rigid 1/8” per foot tapered insulation over the prepared front canopy roof area. 3. Remove all existing edge metals, terminations and flashings and dispose of properly. 4. Apply relief cuts throughout the existing TPO roof membrane and remove all wrinkly and damaged material. 5. Provide and install new Duroblue over the prepared roof surface per manufactures specifications. 6. Provide and install an energy star rated 50 mil white thermoplastic Duro-last membrane with a weft inserted scrim that has a minimum breaking strength of 435 x 368 lbf over all prepared roof areas. 7. Provide and install new Duro-last prefabricated flashings for all roof top penetrations. 8. Provide and install new Duro-Last prefabricated drain boot assemblies with new cast strainers at all existing drain locations. 9. The roof system shall be installed in a neat and professional manner and shall be attached to the substrate in accordance to FL16039-R16. 10. Provide and install new Duro-last prefabricated parapet flashings to extend up all parapet walls and terminated above existing terminations. 11. All parapet wall flashings along the main roof level shall extend up and over the existing parapet wall and completed with an enveloped termination. 12. Provide and install new protection pads providing a pathway from all roof aces locations to extend around all serviceable mechanical units. 13. Provide and install protection pads to fully cover a 15’x15’ area on the main roof level. (Location selected by Polk County) 14. Provide and install two way relief vents to be placed at one per one thousand square foot. 15. Replace all existing edge metals using new ES1 compliant prefinished 2 pc compression metals.
