Description

For construction of a 1,375 square foot. expansion to the Community Action Council (CAC) Building for the Monarch Children's Justice and Advocacy Center. The expansion will include a new lobby addition and infill of a patio for offices, all construction to match the existing Building. Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Sprinklers will be design build. Bid security: A certified or bank cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason & Thurston Counties, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. Rejection of Bids: The CAC shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. CAC is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Small, minority- and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed on the project will be subject to the higher of prevailing state or federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. This project is funded by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Thurston County Community Development Block Grant program.
