Description

To provide all labor, material, equipment, and rolling stock needed to pump sludge from the sludge digester to a truck and transported off site for final disposal. Sludge shall be pumped from the digester in a manner that results in no spillage of sludge on the plant grounds or paved areas. The sludge shall be transported in a watertight container or vessel to ensure no leakage of sludge during transport. The sludge shall be disposed of in accordance with all state and federal requirements. The sludge transported off site shall be accounted for in 1000-gallon increment and the scale tickets must be returned to the City daily.
