The CITY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to re-advertise for bids or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the CITY. A Bid Bond is required only if the Bid is over $100,000 as stated in the solicitation. The Payment and Performance is required for projects valued over $100,000. How you include the cost of the Payment and Performance is up to you. The price on the bid will the final price for the overall project, we will not accept a separate invoice for the Payment and Performance Bond.
