Description

Install (3) Phoenix ID500 Evaporative Coolers at the City-owned Water and Power Warehouse Building. Contractor shall provide a turnkey project to include but not limited to the following components: removing existing exhaust fans (3), provide and install new evaporative coolers, combine drain lines, connect drain lines to floor drain, seal all roof penetrations and provide new space temperature sensor to control new equipment. Special consideration needs to be taken to not disrupt current Building Automation System.
