8401 Lindbergh Boulevard

Purchase and redevelopment of the publicly-owned parcels located at 8401 Lindbergh Boulevard, located in Southwest Philadelphia’s Eastwick neighborhood. The Project Site is a vacant 4.5-acre tract at the northwest corner of 84th Street and Lindbergh Boulevard and is owned by Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (PRA). This RFP follows the completion of the Lower Eastwick Public Land Strategy — a planning and feasibility report that was developed with significant community engagement. Each Proposal must follow the recommendations of this Public Land Strategy. A primary goal of the Project is to redevelop the Project Site in a way that responds to the community’s feedback, and so that the Project creates an amenity that serves the community through meaningful social impact.
