Parking Access Revenue Control System (PARCS) Installation at Cary Parking Decks

Cary is seeking proposals for the turnkey installation of Parking Access Revenue Control System (PARCS) and all associated materials (including access gates, the running of additional electrical, concrete work to which the gates will be installed on, etc.) at parking decks across Cary, starting with the Cary Library Parking Deck. It is Cary's intent to have the winning bidder pull permits (when necessary), complete any infrastructure upgrades needed (including concrete work and running cable), and install/integrate the PARCS system that is selected for purchase. Scope, terms and annual cost of a maintenance service agreement based on a two-year initial term and three 1-year extensions at the discretion of the Town of Cary. Once a PARCS system is identified and awarded through the findings of this RFP, Cary will contract separately for the installation and integration of the system at other parking decks as funding is identified.
