| Description | The Landfill Cell 4 Dirt Excavation, as described in the specifications and construction plans showing the proposed improvements in Hernando County, Florida. The process of designing and building a new thirty (30) acre garbage cell (cell 4). This Bid is for the excavation of the garbage cell and the associated storm water pond. The area for stockpiling is within one thousand (1,000) feet of the excavation site. There will need to be some clearing and grubbing of the storm water area. The approximate cubic yards is two (2) million, which consists of sand, clay and limerock. All material will remain on site |
