| Description | Removing and installing new roof top package A/C heat pump at Lamar High School Art/Math room shall include but not be limited to the following: The existing unit is a 10 ton Carrier roof top package heat pump. The voltage is 460 volt 3 phase. The model number is 50HJQ012-611 serial number is 3300G30469.The new unit must be a Trane, Carrier or equivalent 10 ton roof top package heatpump. Need a new 3 phase disconnect for unit and new disconnect for 10 KW heat strips. The new unit must contain 10-12kw auxiliary heat strips. The condenser coils are to be protected by hail guards. A new curb adaptor shall be included. Manual fresh air damper is to be included, installed and adjusted. |
