Reinforced Manhole Structures

The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to furnish and deliver Reinforced Manhole Structures, for PW-Water Treatment & Distr. along with various Boards and Departments, all in accordance with specifications, line items and all documents requested herein.Manufacture, quality control, and delivery of materials to the quantities specified herein or as requested by the Engineer through purchase orders. Proposals will receive due consideration, although the Engineer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, or parts of the response, and to waive informalities therein. Engineer reserves the right to cancel this contract prior to the termination date of the agreement or current with a purchase order without restitution to the Contractor for unfilled quantities. Contractor shall use skilled workers who are trained in the requisite capacities for delivery of this Contract along with licensed and calibrated equipment satisfactory to industry and local standards.
