Demolition of Structures at 280 Webster Road

The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to remove and dispose of all above grade structures and site debris on the parcel as shown on the Bid Documents. The Work is located at 280 Webster Road in Independence within the Owner's service area in Kenton County, Kentucky. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled submission deadline. SD1 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. There are two (2) structures on the property along with miscellaneous debris. The property is owned by SD1, and the bidder is encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a bid.
