The scope of project is new construction of industrial warehouses. Two warehouses at 550,000 and 588,000 square feet. Two 404,000-square-foot warehouses and four smaller 63,600-square-foot warehouses. The entire site is about 111 acres. As of January 5, 2023, this project is in planning. Information regarding the architect and general contractor has not been disclosed.
