Construction of Outdoor Dining Areas - Central Business District

Site work for a municipal facility in Hinsdale, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility. As of May 18, 2022, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. As of May 6, 2022 an award has not yet been made. Per the owner, bid results will not be made available until after the award is announced. No time-frame is available for when this project will be awarded Village of Hinsdale, DuPage and Cook Counties and State of Illinois that sealed bids will be received for the Construction of Outdoor Dining Areas - Central Business District. The scope of work consists of construction of platforms & deck areas for outdoor dining within the Hinsdale Central Business District. All proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Village and must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, parts of the bid, or to waiver any irregularities or any informalities when such waiver would not be detrimental to the best interest of the Village and would not prejudice the bidding process.
