| Description | 2023 Graper Ditch Maintenance, State Street, Winfield Twp Each bid must be submitted on form #96, and the bidders shall execute proposal form and a non-collusion affidavit which are a part of form #96. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the type of bid marked on same. The contractor shall provide and include an affidavit that states he/she has a valid general contractor's license in lake county together with a notarized affidavit that it will comply with the county's affirmative action program. All bids must be made in full compliance with the laws governing such matters. A bond, certified check, cashiers check equal to 5% of bid must accompany all bids, one of the sureties must be a resident of lake county, indiana, or a surety company authorized to do business in lake county, indiana. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. |
