B3403 Remove Raccoon Scat From Ceiling

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to safely remove Raccoon scat located above the drop ceilings and mechanical rooms located at Building 3403 at McGuire, JB M-D-L, NJ. The contractor will remove and replace 8900 square feet of suspended ceilings, 96 light fixtures and 60 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning diffusers. The contractor will also clean and disinfect structural members in rooms where Raccoons were known to travel. The contractor will also repair and/or fill any voids in walls that separate mechanical rooms and offices to ensure that Raccoons cannot travel freely throughout the facility.
