Administration Garden Level Remodel - Glass Storefront Walls and Doors

Facilities Management at Colorado State University invites firm pricing to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services to furnish and install store front walls, glass, doors and hardware as indicated on included plans at the Administration Building located in Fort Collins, CO. Base Scope of Work: Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary to perform the following per attached specifications: o Provide and install new glass store front walls, doors, windows, and hardware. o All glass to be tempered. All glass frosting will be added later. o Field verify dimensions after CSU builds new surrounding walls. o Guarantee all workmanship, materials, equipment, and proper operation for a minimum period of one (1) year from the date of final acceptance. o Complete scope and further details may be found from included project drawings file link.
