Redi Project Mo-16 Cranberry Road at Edgemere Drive

1. Removal of existing sandbags. Town of Greece will remove the existing concrete jersey barricades. 2. Remove existing asphalt pavement, existing stone subbase to remain in place, utilize/enhance for temporary stabilized construction entrance. Maintenance and protection of traffic. 3. Installation of siltation fence along the pond. 4. Strip and temporarily stockpile topsoil, excess topsoil to be disposed of offsite. 5. Import and place fill. Fill is available from the Town of Greece at their property located at 635 Flynn Road, Rochester, NY 14612 at no charge. Contractor will be responsible to load into their own trucks. Contractor to coordinate with Doug Pace, Town of Greece Dept. of Public Works, phone no. 585-723-2375. 6. Install storm sewer system including storm sewer, inlet, manhole, pump connection, forcemain, deadmen, head wall and stone filling. 7. Dewatering method for construction and turbidity curtain to be covered under the “Outfall” item. 8. Adjust existing inlet to grade. 9. Install stone subbase for new parking lot. 10. Install asphalt binder course. 11. Install stone filling along shoreline. 12. Install stone filling over proposed storm sewer in Cranberry Pond. 13. True and level course on Edgemere Drive and associated maintenance and protection of traffic. 14. Install asphalt top course. 15. Import, prepare and place topsoil. 16. Install landscape plantings. 17. Hydroseed lawn areas. 18. Install pavement markings
