Description

As of 2/10/2023, Tennis Court Reconstruction at Franklin High School was awarded to Nagle Paving Company for $977,690.00 and RMD Holdings d/b/a Nationwide Construction Group for $146,144.00 with a total of $1,123,834. As of 01/17/2023 This will not be awarded until February. No bids will be accepted after the date and time specified and will not be opened. Oral, telephone, fax or electronic mail bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. Livonia Public Schools is not liable for any delivery or postal delays. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement of disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner and any employee of the bidder and any member of the Livonia Board of Education, the Livonia Public Schools Superintendent or Director of Finance, any member of the Wayne RESA Board of Education or the Superintendent of Wayne RESA. No bid shall be accepted that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance Iran Economic Sanctions Act. No bid shall be accepted that does not include this sworn and notarized statement. Franklin High School 31000 Joy Road Livonia, Ml 48150 EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS The proposed new tennis courts are located within the northeast portion of campus of Franklin High School located at 31000 Joy Road, Livonia, Michigan. The proposed tennis court area is generally grass covered. A small portion of the footprint of the new tennis courts are part of an existing bituminous concrete parking lot. A chain link fence surrounds the tennis courts on the south and east sides. A topographic survey was not available upon completion of this report. However, based on our site visit, it appears the site is relatively level. Surrounding properties are residential in nature.
