Term CM-Build Contracting, All New York Regions 1, 2, 3 4, and 5

The Term CM-Build program is a competitive bid, indefinite quantity construction contract. Projects shall be assigned by work order executed by DASNY. All trade service labor shall be subcontracted by a competitive process outlined within the contract documents. Term CM-Build contractors shall provide construction management of subcontractor work throughout the duration of the project as approved by DASNY. Construction management plan shall be submitted with each proposed work assignment that outlines the hourly breakdown of construction management personnel required to support the project. The cost of construction management plan shall be included in each work order as approved by DASNY. Contractors bid factors which cover their overhead and profit to be multiplied by the subcontracted value of the work. Monetary value of subcontracted work shall not exceed One Million, Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) per work order.
