Westview Drive Sewage Lift Station/Force Main Replacement

LUMP SUM PRICE CONTRACT for the replacement of the Westview Drive Sewage Lift Station and 420 feet of 6-inch PC235 DR 18 PVC sewage force main, complete with controls and other miscellaneous work as specified. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of Record at the Engineer's office. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
