HVAC Basis of Design Liebert Model VS070AD Evaporator, Model MCL110E8 Condenser, Roof, Air Conditioning, Electrical. Additional cooling required in computer room on 2nd floor of two-story building. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to provide additional cooling in room 314B located in building 1258. • All work to be performed at Building 1258. • Work to be performed in accordance with the Drawings and this Statement of Work. • Customer to provide area for equipment and material storage. • Customer to provide access to area for workers and equipment. • All Work to be in accordance with OSHA and Army Corp of Engineers Safety Manual, EM-385-1-1 Current Edition Safety requirements. • Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry (29 CFR PART 1926). • NUWCDIVNPT Drawings 21-021A (7 sheets) and this Statement of Work, depict the work required on this particular project. • Contractor shall inspect all work in accordance with FAR 52.246-12 "Inspection of Construction." • Contractor shall coordinate with the Contracting Officers Representative prior to commencement of work to ensure all scheduling and access issues have been worked out properly. Any questions will be directed to the Contracting Officers Representative and not through the customer.
