| Description | The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and services required for building improvements for an existing pump house for the existing culinary water pump house at the above described location, in Weber County Utah. BASE WORK consists of the following items of work: mobilization, traffic control, and erosion control; clearing and grubbing work areas; all required general earthwork, including general excavating, backfilling, construction of embankments, grading, and compacting; furnishing, placing and compacting sub-base fill material; furnishing and placing borrow material for embankments and fill; furnishing and placing asphalt paving for maintenance access road, constructing gravel surface maintenance access road, demolition of existing masonry block building with concrete roof, constructing reinforced concrete pump pedestal; constructing new wood frame building for pump house on existing concrete foundation, constructing new wood frame building for generator room on new concrete foundation, including all required earthwork, concrete work, metal door & frame, carpentry work, insulation, metal roof system and trim, removable roof hatch, with; plumbing system (pump, piping, and controls) supplied and installed by others, electric unit heaters, and electrical system supplied and installed by others; standby generator supplied and installed by others; connecting new pump discharge pipe to existing pipe line; furnishing and installing 1- inch poly-pipe and fittings for pump pre-lubrication system; furnishing and installing new HDPE 4-inch water line connection to existing waterline; furnishing, placing and compacting new gravel surfaces; placing and compacting new concrete surfaces; furnishing, including gravel road base; and all appurtenant work |
