Description

It is the intent of the Authority to secure the services of a licensed and insured, experienced and qualified firm capable of providing the administrative skills, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform a COMPLETE Mechanical Elevator Modernization (No interior work of a cosmetic nature) including new door locking mechanism (DLM), electronics, and mechanicals for four (4) Elevators. The intent is to bring up to current and coming 2023 codes. Work will commence in January 2023 using non-proprietary parts.
