Description

The contract shall include of all the labor, material, and equipment to complete the work described in the project drawings and specifications. This work includes but is not limited to the following tasks: Install housekeeping pad. Install packaged water softening system on pad. Install drain lines and supports to existing floor sink. Install electrical power for system. Install domestic water piping, valves, and supports. Install control wiring. Integrate system into BAS and add new points to existing graphics. Flush and sanitize new piping and equipment. Start-up system with assistance from manufacturer’s representative. Train VA personnel on operations and maintenance.
