Rehabilitate State Police Hangar - Building 270

The work consists of installation of approximately 19,000 SF of reinforced polyethylene film on the interior surfaces of exterior walls and roof areas in an existing aircraft hangar bay at Building 270, Capital City Airport, New Cumberland, PA. The work will include rehabilitation of fasteners and joint sealants for the existing 14,860 SF roof, including replacement of eave trim along one (1) edge and roof panel replacement in one (1) area as indicated in the plans. Interior work will include addition of a partial- height partition along two (2) exterior walls, associated electrical coordination, and temporary removal and reinstallation of sheet metal ductwork in the hangar bay. Phasing of the work shall be coordinated with the Owner and building tenant to allow for proper egress and beneficial use of portions of the hangar area during construction.
