Purchase, and Redevelopment, of Property Located in Downtown Madison

Leasing or purchase, and redevelopment, of property located in downtown Madison, Mississippi, primarily in the area bounded by Main Street, Highway 51, Montgomery Street and Madison Avenue, and also including parcels on the west side of Montgomery Street between Main Street and Madison Avenue. All Proposals shall be on a Redevelopment Proposal Form furnished by the Authority, accompanied by such appendices, exhibits, or other materials as the respondent desires. All Proposals shall be in accordance with all of the requirements of the Request for Redevelopment Proposals, copies of which are available for review at the offices of the Director of Community Development of the City of Madison and will be furnished upon request. Such further information as is available may be obtained by contacting the office of the Director of Community Development, City of Madison, City Hall, 1004 Madison Ave., Madison, MS. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
