Description

Plans call for the construction of 49 senior apartment units and 35 family style apartment units on the north side of Southwestern Boulevard, west side of Rogers Road. As of July 11, 2023, project is now seeking state funding that could be approved May 2024.. Subcontractor bidding opportunities anticipated Fall 2024. A firm timeline has not been confirmed, but construction could begin in fourth quarter 2024 and is anticipated to be complete spring 2026.
