2021 Pine Tree Lift Station Upgrade

Removal and replacement of the pumps, valves, electrical and controls for the existing steel lift station. The existing wetwell shall be converted to a submersible pump station with a new top section. A new precast concrete valve vault with new piping shall be installed adjacent to the existing wetwell. • Bypass pumping and coordination with the Electric Utility for a new service will be required. • Removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk, roadway and curb & gutter. • Removal and replacement of the existing control panel at the Columbus / Memorial Lift Station
