| Description | Provide qualified contract labor, on a reoccurring basis, to perform those services as performed by commercial painting contractors generally consisting of surface preparation, paint application, and finishing of various types of exposed interior and exterior surfaces including, but not limited to: concrete; concrete masonry; gypsum drywall; plaster ceilings; stained woodwork; ferrous metal; and, zinc-coated metal. Bidder shall additionally be required to perform any and all associated and incidental work that may be required to successfully complete each project. By way of example, this shall include manual cleaning; power washing; protective covering; scraping; sanding; spot priming and sealer application; caulking, patching/filling small holes; and other minor repairs. |
