Department of Public Works (143 River Road) Fuel Station Site Work

Project Description: The project involves the following: Install Concrete Pad 95 SY Install Precast Concrete Block Retaining Wall 800 S.F. HMA Base Course 100 Tons HMA Surface Course 100 Tons, A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Montville, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, must be submitted with the bid by each bidder. Bidders must comply with the following New Jersey State Statutes: P.L. 1975, Chapter 127 (Affirmative Action Program). P.L. 1977, Chapter 33 (Statement of Ownership). N.J.S.A. 40A:11-18 (American Goods and Products to be used were possible). N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.50 (Public Works Contractor Registration Act). P.L. 2004, Chapter 57, amending N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration Act). N.J.S.A. 19:44A-2013 (P.L. 2005,c271,s.3) New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission. Bid proposals must be placed in sealed opaque envelopes addressed to the Township of Montville, 195 Changebridge Road, Montville, New Jersey 07045 and marked clearly on the outside of the envelope ""BID DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (143 RIVER ROAD) FUEL STATION SITE WORK"". Bids or proposals shall be made on the forms provided and attached to the specifications which shall be submitted intact and otherwise must conform to the general instructions, specifications, terms and conditions. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the bid which is in the best interests of the Township.
