FY 2021 SDFM Trash Removal / Disposal and Recycling

To perform refuse removal and disposal services at several locations within the jurisdiction of the Southern District Division of Facilities Management. This includes the following locations: Colorado Mental Health Institute at Pueblo Campus, Pueblo Regional Center, Pueblo Youth Corrections, Spring Creek Youth Corrections in Colorado Springs, and Zebulon Pike Youth Corrections in Colorado Springs. Contractors bids shall include all labor, equipment, and other items necessary to perform all work called for in the specifications. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will run from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. The State shall reserve the option to renew this contract Four (4) additional periods for a term of one (1) year each. Price increases any subsequent renewal year shall not exceed the Consumer Price Index for contracted service, or five (5) percent whichever is less. Vendor will be responsible for notifying the Division of Facilities Management procurement representative a minimum of 60 days prior to any annual request for increase.
