| Description | Repairs to include the restoration of the precast & cast in place concrete panels on the Justice Center Tower Building. It includes replacement of all sealants on the exterior stone, cleaning and applying a mineral based coating on the stone. Curtain wall glazing system is to be cleaned and wet sealed. Replacing all sealants on the curtain wall, painting the exterior hollow metal doors and frames along with the exterior stairs (mineral based coating). Install parapet cap at the top of the cast in place concrete panels. |
